🌱 Leadership in Action
All Grade 6 students at KDPS are given the opportunity to step into leadership roles. They are supported and encouraged to:
- Use their voice to express ideas and make a difference
- Collaborate in teams, valuing the input of others
- Lead by example, showing initiative and responsibility
Leaders Congress & Community Project
Grade 6 School Captains and Community Captains are invited to apply for the Leaders Congress Team. Following the annual Leaders Congress Day, students plan and deliver a community project—a chance to lead with purpose and make a real impact in both the school and the wider community.
